Founder of Quick Help Coaching, for a coaching consultation service for pastors and professional who provide care in various service institutions. Ted has almost 40 years experience in a wide variety of professional service jobs. Ted’s experience includes professional paid work as the pastor of small, middle size and large congregations. Ted also has professional work experience as a campus minister at a large University, has supervised pastors, is a Chaplain for a regional County Sheriff’s department, and volunteers for several community organizations including the Virginia State Bar’s Disciplinary Board. Ted is now using his vast experience to guide, help assist, and engage in collegial chats with persons who accept that something has to change or for those who just need help navigating personal and professional life. Ted’s coaching is designed to focus on clarifying issues, problem solving, and seeking solutions without telling clients what to do.
